When you walk in, you are going to see the way my partnerl created a puzzle-like creation of some wood out of an old house in Bowie,TX from the 1900's that still had the nails in it with pieces of cloth.  Back then the wallpaper was cloth.  Also, tin from an old barn outside of Bowie.  He pieced the wood and tin together very uniquely on the walls. We bought Cedar from Stice's Saw Mill, right outside of Bowie.  Two of the walls have that beautiful cedar on them, with rope to accent how he pieced them together. The Cashier area also has cedar and tin, beautifully done.  Two saddles hang above the Cashier.  On the ceiling behind the saddles, is a thin cedar tree that he made into lighting. All through the building we have antique Tools, Ropes, Horse Tack, and Western Art.  The Women's bathroom has several pictures of Cowgirls, Mirrors, Purse Hooks and a unique Cedar Vanity with a Wash Tub Basin that my partner created.  The Men's bathroom is Western also with a smaller Cedar Vanity with a Wash Tub Basin. The Paper Towel Holders all through the store and the bathrooms are made up of Horseshoes and Spurs! The tables are all uniquely different.  Some are Turquoise Distressed Chalk Paint, with the chair seats being covered with a Black Vinyl Alligator print. One large table was left natural with an Oak Finish and 8 chairs. One table is Red Metal and "seats" , are Tractor Seats.  The table top spins on this one!!  If you decide to try someone else's food,,,,,just spin the table! My partner made two High Top Bar Seating areas.  One is made of Cedar and one he made of Burned Wood with Shellac. The Walls and Ceiling are 4" Sprayed Foam, very economical. Out the back Kitchen Door is our 10' Smoker with a Wood Rack The Front Porch and the Patio are made of Treated Wood.  The Cedar Posts all along the Porch and the Patio were cut down off the Lahman Ranch, outside of Bowie.  The larger trees are the posts to hold up the Tin Roof of the porch and the patio.  The "branches" were used to make a "Picket-type" fence around the patio.  Here is a "Word Picture" for your mind.......... When you walk down the 10' wide by 52' long wooden porch, you can hear the "echo" of the Cowboy Boots and the "Jingle" of the Spurs,,, from a Cowboy coming off the Trail for something hot off the Smoker and a rest on the patio. The patio area is 16' by 24' and has 6 picnic tables and 2 kid size tables. This building sits on 1 acre of land.  The parking lot is a very large lot made of gravel, but we left a portion of grass in case someone wanted to ride Horseback to our property.  On the front corner of our property , sits an Historical Rock building.  On closer inspection you will see Rock, Granite, Glass and Petrified Wood that they very creatively put together in the 1920's.  This was a two-story gas station that Bonnie and Clyde stopped to get gas as they were seen around and about the Stoneburg and Bowie area. This would be a "Drawing Card" to restore this building, either back to a Gas Staion or a Antique Shop. The Hwy 81 traffic is already heavy,,,,but, with the opening of the new Chickasaw Casino in Terral, Ok and also , another Casino opening in Ryan, OK,,,the traffic will DOUBLE. The two Casinos are 12 miles and 18 miles North of our property on Hwy 81.
