This listing was written and published by the VC Company that helped develop this platform 15-years ago and has overseen its finances since. The asset we are divesting is a virtual, software based advertising auction which was funded in 2006. It then became operational in 2007. It virtual, national business that acquires commercials in all 50-States. Covid hit this business hard, like many businesses in this space.
