The beauty of the staffing industry is that almost every aspect of the work we do has people involved. Unfortunately we can't teach how to be a people person, either you have it or you don't. But we can teach you every other thing from a system, to procedures and successful business strategies.


DES started as a 2 person operation in 1999 - as we perfected the way we work, our growth came right along with it. Unfortunately we didn't have a support system in place to guide us every step (if needed) and we relied on good old "trial and error" to figure out the correct path. We have done this multiple times and in our history we have opened 10 corporate stores and 16 franchise offices. We feel we've got this process down to the point we can really help you on your way to successful business ownership.

Training And Support

Our training is outlined in our Franchise Disclosure Document - once you get to a point where you view that, you'll be introduced to the 1 month training program, but understand that we are still learning things every day in this industry, so you'll never know it all, but we will do what we can to teach you all we know at this point, but that knowledge is always changing, and our staff stays on top of it to make sure you stay on top of it too.
