Training And Support

New Owner training is divided in phases. The preliminary phase is approximately 11.5 hours of training via live webinars, pre-recorded videos and structured video and audio conferences with the onboarding coach and members of training team. The classroom phase which is approximately 24 hours of classroom instruction may be completed on site in Cincinnati or virtually. The review and application phase consists of approximately 10 hours of additional live webinars, structured audio and video conferences with the onboarding coach and other members of the training staff. The onsite phase is a three day training completed on site at a certified training center. Ongoing training is provided in all areas of the business in regional trainings and annual conferences.
