Ideal Candidate

Our candidates can have financial backgrounds, such as, insurance agent or bookkeeper but it’s not a requirement. Experience in tax preparation or as a CPA, enrolled agent or attorney is preferred. Candidates must meet a $250K net worth requirement, and provide the $40,000 franchise fee. By providing some of the lowest franchise costs in the industry, we give financial flexibility to our franchisees to spend their money where and how they want to. This business is yours, but we are here as a partner and resource; to support you and your tax franchise’s needs. Our mission is to provide a system of doing business that is equal to, or better than, any other brand in the industry. We want to help you be the CEO of your own business.

History

Founded in 1997 in Canada, and operational in the US in 1999, we now have over 2500 locations operating in North America. Our vision in 2020 and beyond is to diversify our portfolio of financial offerings including being first to market with a virtual tax preparation option, virtual application for smart phones, and extending other services in the insurance and financial arenas.

Training And Support

Marketing Support: Grand opening guidelines, demographics on future clients, digital footprint, daily marketing checklist, regional and local advertising budget including radio, billboards, and grass roots proven strategies. Tax Support: Turn-key tax software, web-based for remote and virtual tax return preparation, desktop advanced business and partnership returns, bookkeeping software, Enrolled Agents and CPA’s on staff, annual tax training and continuing education. Technical Support: Software and office configuration, immediate chat to resolve in-office computer and networking issues, 24 hour support in peak season, knowledgebase and AI on prior tech issues, remote log in to resolve technical issues. Training Support: Initial owners training, online and live training modules, marketing, and effective operations training, staff recruitment and retainment, dynamic growth training, leadership development training. Most of the training is supplemented and presented by our most successful franchise owners. Operations Support: Effective operations manual, live data reporting, access to regional marketing managers, area managers, regional directors, divisional vice presidents, COO, and CEO coaching and daily support in season, enterprise intranet access to years of proven processes and strategies, staff forecasting to control your budget, financial tools and reporting dashboard.
