History

LunchboxWax CEO + Founder Debi Lane showed her entrepreneurial mettle when she realized that word-of-mouth was putting her waxing style on the map. For years, she owned and operated a multi-service day spa in Sun Valley, and many vacationers eagerly waited until they made it back to the uber-chic resort to receive the carefully crafted speed waxing services from Lane and her team. Lane saw a need, dreamed of the potential and launched the state’s first wax-only salon in 2010. In 2013, Lane and her team of experts started franchises the chic body-waxing concept. Ever since, the franchise has doubled in size annually.

Training And Support

We provide 5 separate training programs for each tier; Franchise Owner, Salon Director, Area Trainer, Manager and Waxologists. We provide comprehensive training by combining classroom and on the job training with online training through LunchboxWax University, which provides Franchise Owners with all the tools and resources they need to build a strong foundation for employee retention.

At LunchboxWax, we have a network of support and educators for our Franchise Owners and their new employees, as well as continuing courses to provide further development. We also provide a Technology Support Center, LBU, Intranet, POS System continuous communications and updates, quarterly “Chief Calls” with Debi & Christo, dedicated onboarding calls with VPs (business coaching), Franchisee Advisory Board (FAB), and marketing.

We have a team of professionals to ensure our Franchise Owners become the “Success Symbols” they thrive to be, through site selection, build-out, unit profitability meetings and more! Marketing: 3% of weekly gross sales goes towards our Brand Fund and we require Owners to spend 2% of monthly gross sales for local advertising. Our proven, wide-range and built-in marketing strategies help Owners grow and retain their client base through traditional methods, PR, social media, SEO, digital marketing, website, reputation management, retargeting and referral and loyalty programs. We assist in the creation of local marketing that leverages what we are doing on a national basis.
