Build awareness for the Maid Brigade brand. No one is a better brand ambassador than the franchisee. Successful franchisees focus on grassroots marketing and community networking to promote their brand and build trust and confidence with customers and employees.
Follow the ideal management structure of two key ownership / management roles. Of these two key players, one possesses the critical people skills to interact with customers and employees, while the other possesses the critical back office operational skills to keep the operations functioning seamlessly.
Be a present owner. Absentee ownership is possible after the franchise has been running for some time with established business systems, a customer base, and a trusted management team.
