Our owners do not perform the home improvement themselves; they lead and support their craftsmen to do so.

The franchise system is designed for the person looking to own and operate a low-cost business where the owner is not the principal worker.

Training And Support

Superior Training & Support Assistance starts the day a new franchise agreement is authorized.

There is extensive Intro/Start Up guide provided immediately, which covers business formation, business licensing, contractor licensing prep and testing, vehicle acquisition, and much more.

Following this, new owners attend a two week in person training at our Bristol, VA headquarters. Our support team will then travel to the new location and spend an additional week with the new owner, the office manager, and other onsite staff members.

We distinguish ourselves by offering State specific general contractor license test preparation and testing assistance.

All Honey Do Service owners are EPA Lead Paint Renovation certified.

Support is ongoing and expected for the life of the franchise owner’s business.
