Michael and Abby Spizzirri have taken years of combined experience in the restaurant, franchising, and customer service industries to pursue their latest adventure - becoming franchise partners for We Sell Restaurants in Sarasota Florida. Michael's experience in the restaurant industry includes over a decade working in every position from coat check to management. Michael took a break from the restaurant industry to start a new adventure in franchising, becoming the youngest franchisee for Jiffy Lube and ultimately, a multi-unit owner of the brand. Abby’s background includes retail management where her focus on customer service, collecting customer feedback and implementing procedures at store level led to an unmatched client experience. She has a bachelor’s degree from Azusa Pacific University. Enthusiasts for Chicago cuisine, Michael and Abby opened a Chicago-inspired restaurant called “Surfdogs” in the sunny state of Florida. After selling the restaurant, they returned to the oil business with the acquisition of five Grease Monkey locations which they also sold. The couple found We Sell Restaurants in the process of looking for a new restaurant to buy and knew the opportunity was a perfect fit. Thanks to their previous business experience, Michael and Abby understand both the buyer and seller’s unique perspective in the transaction. Dedicated to building trust, educating customers, and participating in their community, Michael and Abby are licensed real estate agents in Florida. They have also completed the necessary training and testing to achieve the title of Certified Restaurant Broker® and are excited to educate clients and help others fulfill their dreams of restaurant ownership.
