As the Vice President and Owner of Transworld Business Advisors San Francisco, together with her husband, Jay Randall, President, she brings extensive expertise in seeking exit strategies for good people with good businesses. Previously, Cynthia excelled as a Realtor with McNeill Real Estate, showcasing skills in marketing and sales. With a strong foundation in the financial sector, Cynthia has held notable positions in Sales and IT Development for Shearson Lehman Brothers and as Manager of the Corporate Events Team for G.T. Global—an International Mutual Fund Company. Active involvement within professional associations is important to Cynthia. She earned the Graduate Realtor Institute designation. She is affiliated with esteemed organizations such as the California Association of Business Brokers, International Business Brokers Association, California Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and BNI—a testament to her commitment to professional growth and networking opportunities.

As a California native, Cynthia is passionate about giving back to the communities that have given so much to her family throughout the Bay Area.
