Eric and Bobbie Erwin are the We Sell Restaurants Franchise Partners in Indianapolis. They have over 80 years of combined experience in the restaurant industry. Their extensive background covers all aspects of the industry, including operations, management, ownership, and restaurant sales.

As Certified Restaurant Brokers®, both Eric and Bobbie have undergone rigorous training, earning this professional designation that highlights their expertise and commitment to the restaurant brokerage industry.

Throughout their careers, the Erwins have opened over 25 Firehouse Subs, 20 Burger Kings, and 10 Wendy’s locations. As Area Representatives for Firehouse Subs over the past 12 years, they have trained and developed ten franchise groups, gaining hands-on experience in the nuances of running successful franchises. With a deep understanding of restaurant ownership and operations, Eric and Bobbie offer valuable insight into evaluating, marketing, and selling restaurants, making them trusted partners in the Indianapolis restaurant brokerage market.
