I started and was trained at a premier investment bank in Morgan Stanley within a group that was focused on business succession events for owners of small and mid-sized companies. Then I spent two years in private equity helping the firm acquire and manage industrial product and services companies with between $25M and $200M in sales. Lastly, the majority of my career, 12 years, was spent helping a Fortune 500 company, Carrier Corporation, buy and sell HVACR, fire and security companies all over the world. I want to bring this wealth of experience to the small business owners of America to help them achieve their business goals whether growth-related or thinking about retirement and succession.
