Bob specializes in preparing both the business and the seller for the process of taking a business to market in order to meet the client’s expectations and maximize the sale price.

He is a member of the M & A Source, the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) He is also the exclusive Central Valley affiliate of Nation’s List, an international association of independent mergers and acquisition intermediaries.
Bob has a B.A. from Macalester College in St. Paul, MN and did post graduate work at the University of Minnesota and Harvard Business School. Bob's experience includes previous ownership of a mid-size manufacturing company and an import distribution business. He also has 25 years of business and marketing experience including serving as corporate division president and corporate sales/marketing vice president for a $300 Million manufacturing company. Bob has served on many Boards including the National Board of Directors for Junior Achievement and has made several presentations at American Management Association seminars.
He has 20+ years of experience as a mergers & acquisitions intermediary and holds the designation "Certified Business Intermediary" (CBI) from the International Business Broker’s Association, and is one of less than 100 brokers worldwide that hold the M & A Source designation of Mergers & Acquisition Master Intermediary (M&AMI).
