Gil has been involved in every stage of business from developing initial start-ups from raw concepts to working with billion dollar global conglomerates.

Gil is the franchise owner for First Choice Business Brokers Hudson Valley who helps small business owners to sell their business and buyers find the right business to buy. First Choice has been in business since 1994, celebrating 30 years, has done thousands of business sales spanning every industry imaginable with more than $12 billion in transacted value. Gil owns and operates the Hudson Valley location focusing primarily on serving Ulster, Dutchess, Greene, Columbia, Albany, Sullivan and Orange counties.

Prior to that, Gil structured worldwide licensing deals between product inventors and direct response marketing companies. He launched a new golf product endorsed by Tiger Woods’ coach Hank Haney and marketed on the Golf Channel, ESPN and Fox Sports.

Gil, a CPA for more than 30 years, started his career at Price Waterhouse Coopers (PwC) working with global entertainment companies like Viacom and Sony. He was involved with the initial launch of the Sony Playstation, the acquisition of Paramount Pictures by Viacom, MJJ Music (Michael Jackson’s joint venture with Sony Music), and the MTV Music Awards.
