He spent several years as the portfolio manager over several large shopping centers. His tenure in this role equipped him with invaluable insights, as he collaborated closely with numerous restaurant tenants. This role not only expanded his expertise but give him comprehensive knowledge in working with We Sell Restaurant clients on successful sales and lease negotiations.
Jimmy enjoys working alongside restaurant owners and is always canvasing cultivating relationships with prospective buyers either looking to become new restaurateurs or assisting more experienced operators to further grow. He is a license real estate salesperson in the state of Florida and has undergone testing and certification to earn the designation, Certified Restaurant Broker.
