About

Josie Lin is the founder and owner/broker of UMRE Group and a Broker Associate with eXp Commercial. An international student from Taiwan who came to the U.S. in 1992, she built her career from the ground up and became one of Texas’s top commercial producers, earning back-to-back recognition in 2017 and 2018 as a top ten broker in Texas and the top commercial producer in the Houston area at her previous nationwide brand.

Josie is widely known for her role in developing and leasing projects like Katy Asian Town and other high-profile Asian retail centers, helping bring international food and retail brands into the Houston market. As a bilingual broker (English/Chinese), she is often the bridge between sellers, local investors, and overseas operators who need clear, honest guidance on U.S. business and real estate transactions.

Her mission on every assignment is simple: protect her clients’ interests, uncover the true value of the business and property, and structure transactions that set both buyers and sellers up for long-term success.
