Born and raised in southern New Jersey, Lyndsey graduated from Rowan University with a B.A. in Communication. Before entering real estate, Lyndsey held positions in the fields of commercial insurance, higher education administration, and marketing consultation. All of her roles provided her valuable experience which she has been able to tie together in the world of commercial real estate.

In 2013, Lyndsey entered real estate as a commercial asset manager with a portfolio that spanned across the United States. She has been involved in all aspects of commercial real estate including financial reporting and evaluation, developing leasing/marketing plans, due diligence of new acquisitions, directing the disposition process, and tenant management. After five years of working directly with a real estate investor, managing an over one million square foot portfolio that included everything from retail centers to industrial, Lyndsey decided to step into the world of third-party property management, working with both REITs and private owners, helping them to realize their financial goals in managing their properties.

Lyndsey is excited to join FCBB in 2020 and take the skills and resources she has developed throughout her professional career and use them in the field of business brokerage. After working with both landlords and tenants since 2013, Lyndsey has a unique perspective and valuable insight on how to help close the purchase or sale of your business.
