In addition to this listing and having represented numerous businesses in a variety of services, Mark has been a former owner of a few different businesses, he has sold his successful business to a larger company. Also, Mark has personally purchased an existing business to grow larger. He now works with business owners and buyers to help them benefit from his experiences and enjoy success.

Many clients hire Mark because he is a Master Certified Negotiation Expert, trained at Harvard. With his expertise and background, the Real Estate Negotiations Institute uses Mark as a respected negotiations instructor throughout Florida.

For 10 years Mark was a Financial Advisor for one of the largest investment banks in the U.S., working with business owners. He also worked in real estate at several levels; commercial, investment portfolio, residential and development.

While part of senior management for an International Developer, he attended Wharton for executive training in Implementing Change within a business.
