Over the last 15+ years, Micah Grubbs has acted as the CFO in the Spa and Salon industry, financed and flipped millions of dollars of housing, written business plans for everything from parking lots to coffee shops to horse farms, and hired and trained over 100 employees.

Background and Education: Micah graduated in 1998 with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Washington and Jefferson College and then started his career in project management and sales. In 2008, Micah and his wife Aubre decided to open Verve 360. After starting with only 3 employees, Verve grew to over 1 million in annual and 15 full-time technicians. In 2012, Verve was recognized by the City of Pittsburgh as one of the fastest-growing businesses in the city. During his tenure as Owner of Verve, he graduated from the University of Pittsburgh Institute for Entrepreneurial Excellence program and successfully consulted, modeled, and mentored multiple businesses in the city.

Out of the Office: Micah is married to his wife Aubre and has raised her daughters (Bayley and Maeson) since they were 5 and 2 years old. Outside interests include golfing, travel, cooking, music, skiing, and softball.
