Hello, Peter Goodman here. I'm President at Goodman and Company Business Brokers. I've been a business broker for over 20 years and I hold the designation of Lifetime Certified Business Intermediary (LCBI) through the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA), which is the largest and most well-respected business brokerage organization in the United States. I am a certified mergers and acquisitions professional.

I am also a Certified Instructor for the IBBA, which means that because I have demonstrated my deep knowledge of business brokerage, I am qualified to help educate other less experienced business brokers. I am also a frequent workshop presenter at the IBBA national conferences.

Through our first conversation with the owner of a business we begin working to produce a Brokers Opinion of Value, which shows the true earnings of the company. (Business brokers call this 'discretionary earnings'.)
