Rod has over 25 years of experience working with businesses to achieve their goals of growth, operational efficiency, and peak performance. His depth of experience is the result of senior level positions in finance and accounting including financial management of a thirty company international portfolio of manufacturing, logistics, and sales organizations, Vice President of Regional Development for a National Commercial Finance Company, and an Investment Services Adviser with a Global Commercial Real Estate Firm.In addition to his practical experience directing dozens of successful mergers, acquisitions, and dispositions, Rod has earned advanced level certifications only available to the most experienced professionals in the M&A, Accounting, and Commercial Real Estate professions: Certified Merger & Acquisition Intermediary, Board Certified Intermediary, Certified Management Accountant, and Certified Commercial Investment Member. Rod holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration and Accounting from the prestigious College of Idaho and is a Master of Results for his clients.Rod has been married to Lisa, his best friend and lifelong partner, for over 27 years. They share their home with their mini-labradoodle, Buddy, who adores them without question, and a black manx rescue cat, B.B., who mostly ignores them. Rod enjoys running, cycling, and mountain biking, and has been known to participate in the sport of triathlon. He spends whatever time he can spare with Lisa, travelling, exploring, enjoying the great outdoors, tropical islands, and foreign lands.
