Ron Pereira is a Certified Restaurant Broker who brings more than 27 years of hands-on restaurant experience to every client he serves. His extensive background as the owner of multiple successful restaurants gives him a true operator’s perspective on what it takes to build, manage, and grow thriving hospitality businesses.

Before joining We Sell Restaurants, Ron developed a deep understanding of the industry by working in every facet of restaurant operations, from daily management to executive-level distribution. His experience in real estate adds another layer of expertise, allowing him to guide clients through buying, selling, or expanding restaurant ventures across South Carolina with confidence and insight.

As the former owner of Cork and Cleaver Steakhouses, Chophouse of Chapin, and Bakon Southern Eatery, Ron has firsthand knowledge of what restaurant buyers and sellers face. His leadership in these ventures gives him the practical know-how to evaluate performance, optimize operations, and position restaurants for successful transactions.

Based in Columbia, South Carolina, Ron combines his deep industry background with a client-focused approach that emphasizes honesty, transparency, and results. He enjoys working alongside entrepreneurs at every stage from first-time buyers to seasoned operators helping them achieve their restaurant ownership goals.
