Sam Saa is the founder and CEO of Metropolitan Restaurant Brokers, .L.L.C. (http://www.buysellarestaurant.com ). As such, he is also a broker who specializes in the restaurant and food service industry. And as a specialist in this field, Sam has separated himself from even the majority of restaurant specific brokers with his depth of experience as a restaurateur himself. He opened his first restaurant business in 1978. Since then he has owned, managed, and operated over 30 restaurants himself: Everything from Delis, Pizza shops, Cafeterias, Coffee & Ice Cream Shops and Catering Companies. He is a current owner as well. This experience and the savvy that Sam possesses within the restaurant business, both as an owner/operator and broker make him uniquely qualified to help the entrepreneurs and investors looking to negotiate the successful purchase of a restaurant or food service business.
With his experience in the restaurant industry as a manager, owner, and broker of restaurants Sam has a complete understanding of what it takes to be successful in this business, from building from the ground up to developing a successful exit strategy when someone is selling their business.
