The Entrusted Group, LLC business brokerage evolved from our insatiable desire to serve the needs of our business clients. With a team of experienced real estate agents with a focus on commercial real estate, we discovered an ever increasing need to assist those clients with the purchase and sale of their businesses.

It is our philosophy and approach that when the business can be separated from the real estate we are capable of maximizing the return on our client's investment.

Our emphasis is a hands-on approach. That means we can provide good old fashioned customer service while still providing the resources of a large company. It also means that communication is of the utmost importance. We do several unique things to facilitate that communication: (1) we contact our business buyers and sellers AT LEAST once a week. That day usually falls on a Thursday when we contact each and every one of them via a phone call, an email, or a text. (2) we create an online activity spreadsheet where activity can be viewed and monitored by the client giving them the ability to see every inquiry, follow up, marketing, and other action-driven to help them with their business needs.
Services Offered
In addition to assisting our clients with buying or selling businesses we offer a full range of real estate services with a heavy emphasis on commercial real estate. We work with landlords and sellers, buyers and tenants. Working with commercial real estate investors is of particular interest to us and has driven us to become experts in syndicating deals.

For both groups of clients (real estate and business) we offer a full range of consulting and guidance including selecting business names and logos; creating LLCs or other appropriate entities; establishing a full gallery of consultants from accountants to attornies; conducting grand openings and connecting to local business associations.

From the real estate side we're capable to developing raw ground; subdividing property; designing and building from ground up and performing tenant fitouts.

There's virtually no limit to the business services that we can offer and provide.

Sam Tanner established The Entrusted Group after a lengthy career in construction. With over 25 years as a self-employed general contractor he brings a unique skill set to the real estate and business world. Not only is he an experienced expert in business but also in real estate and construction. Those skills provide him with the ability to profess that he's not a business broker or a real estate agent but instead truly is a business consultant.
