The guy who helps people sell their business in Texas. 
As the founder of TWS Advisory, I've closed over $1 billion in deals on behalf of my clients.
You see, I started out doing deals for big oil — and while I made a nice nickel, it felt... Transactional. 
No one’s life was being changed, and I spent way too much time battling jet lag — away from family. 
One day, I decided to make a change. 
Now, I help people buy and sell family-owned businesses right here in Texas. When I close a deal,  it often means someone’s retirement is funded, a local business stays open, and the employees keep their jobs under new ownership. That gets me excited to wake up every day and go to work.

 •  Earned a B.S. in Maritime Engineering from Texas A&M, Whoop!
 •  Earned a Master of Finance from Tulane while also enjoying Bourbon Street.
 •  Trained by National Association of Certified Valuation Analyst on IRS tax rules when selling 
     a business.
 •  Member of the International Business Brokers Association, keeping up with the latest trends  
     in selling small and medium-sized businesses.
 •  Before founding TWS Advisory, I managed an 84-person oilfield service company in Africa.
 •  My first job out of college? Working as a roughneck on oil rigs in the Gulf of Mexico.
 •  And back in high school, I cooked at a Tex-Mex spot called Paco’s Tacos — my family still calls   
     me Paco, and they claim my home cooked fajitas can rival any restaurants in Houston.
