Teresa Harwood began her real estate career in 2000 by investing in a hotel-to-condo conversion project alongside a group of investors. Following the successful sale of that project, she expanded her portfolio to include multi-tenant retail, Class B office, and light industrial flex properties. After managing the leasing of her own properties for several years, Teresa transitioned into representing other buyers and sellers in commercial real estate transactions, eventually specializing in business sales as well.

In 2020, Teresa earned the prestigious CCIM designation, a distinction held by only the top 6% of commercial real estate professionals. This designation reflects her expertise in financial, market, and investment analysis, as well as her proven track record of success in the industry.

As the daughter of a self-made entrepreneur and a small business owner herself, Teresa is passionate about working with fellow business owners who have built thriving enterprises and are ready to transition to the next chapter.
