With top-flight experience crafted over decades of selling restaurants, along with previous expertise working in small businesses and in senior leadership roles for a Big 5 Accounting firm and a major Fortune 100 company, We Sell Restaurants leadership has deep financial, branding and marketing experience in restaurants, and small and big business. This collective experience allowed them to take the fragmented brokerage market and build a specialized practice for selling only restaurants with a systemic approach never before seen in the industry.

About

Ty Bushart and Jason Foley are the Franchise Partners for the Northwest Arkansas region, including Rogers, Bentonville, Springdale, Fayetteville, and Fort Smith. Both are Certified Restaurant Brokers® and bring decades of experience in restaurant ownership, franchising, and hospitality to the We Sell Restaurants® brand.

Ty Bushart began his restaurant career at age 14 as a soft-serve superstar at his local Dairy Queen, which sparked a lifelong passion for the industry. He holds a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Western Kentucky University and spent 13 years with Disney and Hilton in lodging and food & beverage roles. Ty went on to become a multi-unit franchisee across multiple states and brands, earning numerous awards for sales, service, and leadership. He brings expertise in staff management, lease negotiations, equipment procurement, and the full business lifecycle—from build-out to sale. Ty is a licensed real estate agent in Arkansas and is known for developing innovative marketing strategies that get restaurants sold.

Jason Foley is an Arkansas native with more than 22 years of experience as a multi-unit franchisee in the food, wellness, and beauty space. His accomplishments include winning brand awards such as Rookie of the Year, Highest Sales Volume, and Community Leadership. Jason is a self-described foodie with a deep love for the restaurant industry. He offers clients extensive knowledge in lease negotiation, accounting, inventory management, and team development. His energy and passion for helping others make him a trusted partner for both buyers and sellers throughout Northwest Arkansas.
