In my leadership roles, I am constantly provided opportunities to learn about a wide range of businesses. I enjoy matching my clients’ needs with location options and innovative solutions in the Baltimore-Washington area and beyond. I am responsive and thorough with a high degree of empathy, striving for win-win negotiations.

With 12 years as leasing representative for St. John Properties, I personally handled leasing and acquisitions for a commercial portfolio of over 200 tenants and 2.2M SF. The dynamic training platform also gave me familiarity with construction, development, property management, finance and interior design capabilities.

Most recently, as the Senior Director of Real Estate for Celebree, I had end-to-end responsibility for franchise and corporate requirements in 15 states. To ensure success, I continuously researched national market trends, maintain strong working industry knowledge, and utilized advanced demographic software in identifying suitable locations and driving positive financial outcomes.

Will{s experience also includes 17 years of industrial brokerage including Colliers, Lincoln Properties, Chesapeake Real Estate Group and Manekin.

With a proven track record of success in landlord representation, brokerage, franchise expansion, site selection and acquisition initiatives, I am poised to continue to add value to the organizations with which I work. My greatest success has been in my ability to build relationships and execute transactions across retail, flex, office and industrial product types in multiple markets.

In addition to my chosen field of endeavor, I am passionate about my family, fitness, golf and spending time in Ocean Pines, MD.
