Founded in 1985 by David and Stephen Savitsky, our current CEO and Chairman of the Board, operating “Around The Clock” in Queens, New York. In the decades that followed, ATC Healthcare Services grew to become a leader in healthcare staffing and healthcare franchising. ATC Healthcare Services began franchising in May 1996 – 30 years ago!
ATC’s franchisees have license to fulfill ANY medical staffing contract - whether it’s per diem, permanent placement, travel, or locum. We place administrative personnel, technical, laboratory, nurses or allied professionals. We work with any type of medical facility – hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, schools, correctional institutions, urgent cares, doctor and dentist offices, pharmacies, labs, medical device companies, and more.
