Founded in 1985 by David and Stephen Savitsky, our current CEO and Chairman of the Board, operating “Around The Clock” in Queens, New York.​ In the decades that followed, ATC Healthcare Services grew to become a leader in healthcare staffing and healthcare franchising.​ ATC Healthcare Services began franchising in May 1996 – 30 years ago!​


ATC’s franchisees have license to fulfill ANY medical staffing contract - whether it’s per diem, permanent placement, travel, or locum. We place administrative personnel, technical, laboratory, nurses or allied professionals. We work with any type of medical facility – hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, schools, correctional institutions, urgent cares, doctor and dentist offices, pharmacies, labs, medical device companies, and more.
