Training & Support
Your training journey begins with a two-day trip to our HQ office in Westerville, Ohio. During your time at our headquarters, you’ll receive hands-on installation training, along with troubleshooting common conundrums and a detailed review of the various software you will have access to. We provide a library of resources and tools to help you succeed in this space.
Our easy onboarding experience is designed to familiarize you with the entire process, from the initial customer consultation to successful installation and on-going maintenance plan. You will be introduced to our proprietary mapping software, which was developed to enable the creation and sharing of single property residential maps all the way up to multi-unit commercial surveys. Our on-site and in-field training is essential in cultivating your success as an Autmow Certified Installer.
History
Our passion for robotic lawnmowers started in 2016 when our CEO, Jeff Lattimer, invested in a robotic solution for his own lawn and quickly realized there was a major lack of service available for these robots in the U.S. We’ve spent years researching the products, brands, and industry and Autmow is the culmination of this research. Our company started as a small location in central Ohio and has since expanded our presence to over 20 states. We have become a truly one-of-a-kind business and have a goal to provide the latest outdoor robotic technology to increase the adoption of sustainability.

We welcome people from several different professional backgrounds onto our team. Some of our current Certified Installers have been in the landscaping industry for generations, while others have had no prior experience in the space. We look for our potential candidates to be self-motivated, entrepreneurial-minded individuals who have a passion for building a business centered around a service mentality and customer satisfaction. We are seeking professionals with a strong work ethic and communication proficiency.
