Training & Support
Our training program consists of an initial 66 hours that includes both on the job and classroom training. 56 of those hours will cover truck, equipment and business operations. The other 10 hours will be held in the classroom and cover management, marketing and sales training. Training will take place in Louisville, KY or another location designated by Franchisor (virtual as necessary).
Our National Sales Director, David Fuller, holds bi-monthly sales support calls with Franchisees. We also provide Operations, Technical, Sales, and Marketing and market strategy support.
We have streamlined Owner’s business operations by utilizing technology like Proprietary Sales Generator, FranConnect, and RazorSync.
- Proprietary Sales Generator: our lead generator and CRM tool that is a convenient app which allows our Franchise Owners to get in front of qualified leads.
- FranConnect: Our main communication platform that includes a 16 week, step-by-step guide to opening. It grants them access to all marketing materials and a direct line of communication to other Franchisees.
- RazorSync: Our operating platform that is able to capture client information, schedule crushes, track the crush from start to finish, and also invoice the crush.
Owners must spend $500 per month on local advertising and participate in our National Brand Awareness Strategy (1%). We provide support with SEO & SEM, GMB Profiles, all Website updates & maintenance, all social media updates & maintenance, call support (first 3 months of operation) and ongoing development and creation of marketing materials.
