About DryerVentz
This is a proven model that does not require special skills or certifications. The start-up costs are very affordable, and you can be up and running in 30 days. Their proprietary LocaLOGICS takes care of all of your digital and map presence and gets your phone ringing so the franchisee can begin B2B and community marketing/outreach. Other than the $800 LocaLOGICS monthly fee, the only other fee is 8% royalty which means you keep 92% of all gross dollars you bring in. Their training and ongoing support are designed to make you successful and to get you earning at least $150,000 in profit each year. Their profit margins are 60%, which is among the highest in the Home Services business.
The simplicity is in the details, all dryer vents and most air duct vents need cleaning once per year as mandated by dryer vent manufacturers and by the US Fire Administration. Homes, Apartments, Condos, as well as many businesses such as Hair Salons, Day Care Centers, Pet Groomers, and other businesses that use their dryers on a daily business. A DryerVentz franchisee's job is to inspect, and then clean or repair the dryer vent system. No licensing, certification, or special skills are required. The franchisee will either complete the work himself or hire someone to do the work.

Territory Manager/Executive Model who understands the managing and oversight of a home services business and its workers. A Territory Manager will oversee the business and modify it accordingly in an attempt to fully saturate and service the entire territory.
