InXpress franchisees are salespeople and consultants. They spend their day prospecting Monday through Friday during normal business hours . Their main targets are small- and medium-sized businesses. These companies typically cannot get big discounts on shipping services. With the InXpress volume, franchisees can save these customers between 11-33% on shipment costs on average. The franchisee will speak to the person in charge of the business’s shipping needs and then if they’re successful in obtaining the business as a customer, they set them up with InXpress’ proprietary software so that the business can schedule shipments on their own. The franchisee then provides personal customer service after the sale, ensuring a high rate of customer retention. The customer continues to ship, and each time they do, the franchisee makes money on each shipment. As the franchisee sells more customers, the residual income builds!
