History
Over 24 years ago, founders Andrea and Wayne Nathanson walked alongside Wayne's father, Nardy, through a long ALS journey. Each day brought a new hurdle and a lesson. Sudden decisions were common, and the details were complex. Andrea's clinical training and resolve to coordinate resources helped the family find a steadier path through an uncertain time.
From that lived experience, the vision for Qualicare emerged. Wayne, a business manager, and Andrea, a medical professional, combined perspectives to build a premium, individualized, collaborative service for families who want the best options for a loved one at home. The result became our 360° Approach, a way of planning and coordinating care that considers the whole person and the people who love them.
