The RGX model is unique and provides an attractive approach to the mobile automotive market. First, the operations are mobile which provides for lower overhead for the franchisee and unrivaled convenience to the customer. Secondly, the processes and methods used in providing and delivering services to the clients are refined and developed. Simple to operate. Proprietary management platform. Strong potential ROI. Comprehensive training programs. Ongoing support and new product testing for increased sales. RGX management and leadership will continue to research methods and techniques for franchise operations (including purchasing and promotional schemes) that enhance unit-level profitability. This will allow franchisees to stay on the cutting edge of new happenings in automotive technology and allow them to adapt with the ever-changing market.
Ideal Candidate
The RGX model is successful because the current team has been aggressive and consistent in marketing the services and have always provided great service to its customers. The owner/operator for an RGX franchisee must be very comfortable with face-to-face customer service work and sales directly to the customer. A franchisee must be a great “people person” who is outgoing and can bond with the customer base and is not afraid to be outgoing each and every day. The business model has been built on relationships and franchisees need to have the same approach to building their business. Professionals who have worked in the automotive service market (actively dealing with customers) would make great candidates for this model. RGX is in the customer service business and it is critical that franchisees have excellent customer service skills.
