Customers include homeowners, commercial property owners, and property managers. Most customers are solving urgent problems caused by storm damage or aging properties rather than price shopping.


Typical teams include a Sales Manager, Sales Representatives, Production Manager, and Office/Admin support. All construction labor is handled by subcontracted crews who are managed by the Production Manager. The franchisee manages leaders and systems—not labor.


The franchisor Support includes hiring assistance of managers, technology for all aspects of the business including weather forensics (tracks storms & storm metrics down to the exact neighborhoods), highly targeted marketing programs and regular coaching to help reach yearly biz goals.
