Initial Training & Onboarding
Franchisees begin with a five-day training at headquarters in St. Louis covering business operations, estimating, marketing, and restoration techniques, followed by three to five days of hands-on experience at an operating franchise. A regional development team member then visits on-site to assist with setup and launch. Training also includes a one-week immersive program and IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT) certification.

True North Restoration was founded in 2019 when a group of independent restoration professionals united around a shared mission: to bring integrity, compassion, and professionalism back to the restoration industry. In 2020, founders Justin and Raymond Donat formally launched the True North franchise system, allowing others to join a growing network of restoration leaders guided by shared values and proven systems.
