Mr. Brandon Brooks serves as the Executive Vice President of Brokerage Services at The Ambrose Group, specializing in delivering tailored brokerage solutions for a wide range of commercial real estate transactions. With over 12 years of real estate experience, he has cultivated a deep understanding of the industry through his work in appraisal valuation, appraisal review, and tax consulting, giving him a comprehensive perspective that informs his brokerage practice today.

A Licensed Real Estate Agent and Certified Real Estate Appraiser in Texas, Mr. Brooks holds the MAI and AI-GRS designations from the Appraisal Institute. His extensive background includes valuation and transaction services across asset types such as hospitality facilities, office buildings, multi-family properties, shopping centers, and industrial facilities. This diverse experience enhances his ability to deliver strategic insights and value-driven solutions to his brokerage clients.

A graduate of Baylor University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship, Mr. Brooks lives in the Dallas-Fort Worth area with his wife, Sarah, and their three children. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, skiing, boating, fishing, and spending time with his family.
