My name is Dustin Bogle. I'm a Dallas-based entrepreneur, business owner, and dealmaker. I founded Reinforce Ventures to do what I wish someone had done for me earlier in my career — help serious business operators buy, sell, and grow companies the right way.
I started in the fitness industry over 20 years ago — coaching, training, running programs — and eventually translated that operator experience into building Gym Reinforcements, a marketing and sales agency that now serves gym owners across the United States. We run Meta ad campaigns, call center operations, and sales systems for fitness businesses nationwide.
That business taught me something most brokers never learn: what it actually takes to grow a company, systemize it, and make it sellable.
I also actively acquire businesses myself through Reinforce Ventures. I'm not just an advisor — I'm a buyer. I've gone through the SBA process, negotiated with sellers, worked with business brokers, evaluated deals that looked good on paper and weren't, and structured transactions that created real value for both sides. That experience makes me a fundamentally different kind of broker.
What I specialize in:
- Home services businesses (HVAC, doors, landscaping, auto, electrical, plumbing)
- Professional and B2B services
- Recurring revenue businesses with established customer bases
- Businesses in the $500K–$5M transaction range
- SBA-eligible deals where financing is a key part of the exit structure
For sellers:
Most business owners only sell one business in their lifetime. You don't get a practice run. That's exactly why you need someone who approaches the sale with the same intensity you brought to building it.
For buyers:
If you're a first-time buyer, a serial acquirer, or an investor looking for cash-flowing businesses, I can help.
I maintain an active database of off-market and listed opportunities. I work with buyers who are serious — financially qualified, decisive, and ready to move when the right deal appears.
My standards:
I don't take every listing. I only represent businesses I'd consider buying myself or recommending to someone I care about. That's not a marketing line — it's how I stay credible in a market where reputation is everything.
I hold myself to a high standard of confidentiality. Listings are handled with discretion. Seller information is never disclosed without a signed NDA from a pre-qualified buyer.
I communicate clearly and consistently. I don't disappear after you sign a listing agreement.
A word on faith and work:
My Christian faith informs how I do business. That means honesty over hype, long-term thinking over short-term wins, and treating every client — buyer or seller — the way I'd want to be treated. I'm not perfect, but that's the standard I hold myself to.
If you're thinking about selling your business, or looking for your next acquisition, let's talk. No pressure, no pitch — just a real conversation about what's possible.
