Prior to joining Malone Commercial Brokers in 1993, John was Executive Director of a real estate and mortgage investments company. The experience he garnered in the area of income/investment sales makes John uniquely qualified to work with sellers/landlords and buyers/tenants.

John is expert at preparing comprehensive analyses of project offerings and properties. He also has experience assisting banks, attorneys, and owners in the disposal of troubled assets. John is politically connected and a civic and industry leader. He covers a wide territory in Maine.

Education:
*CCIM awarded from the Commercial Investment Real Estate
Institute in Chicago with a concentration in financial
analysis. Only 6,000+/- commercial brokers in the country
have completed the graduate program.
*BA and MA with Honors from the University of Maine at
Orono in the fields of psychology and counseling psychology
